Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On October 1, 2021, the Company entered into a sponsored research agreement with Columbia University pursuant to which the Company has been granted an option to license certain assets currently under development, including Alzheimer’s disease. The Company has developed research using ketamine as a treatment for the memory loss and cognitive aging caused by Alzheimer’s disease and will license these novel inventions under the agreement. During the partnership, Columbia and the Company will work towards developing a therapeutic treatment for patients suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.
