Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 22, 2019, Julio DiGirolamo, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, tendered his resignation effective immediately. Such resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Wayne Pearson, a director of the Company, has assumed the additional responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer.
