On November 11, 2021, The Vita Coco Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021 and other matters described in the press release. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
Also on November 11, 2021, the Company held its earnings call announcing financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021 and other matters described in the press release. The call consisted of prepared remarks by the Company’s co-Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officer. A copy of the transcript from the Company’s call is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
