On August 5, 2024, Annexon, Inc. (“Annexon” or the “Company”) issued a press release (the “ARCHER II Press Release”) to report that patient dosing was initiated in the global pivotal Phase 3 ARCHER II trial in geographic atrophy (“GA”) and provided new data regarding protection of vision and vision-related retinal structure from the Phase 2 ARCHER trial, which was presented at the American Society of Retina Specialists Annual Scientific Meeting. A copy of the ARCHER II Press Release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
