Jaguar Health, Inc. (the “Company”) is scheduled to make a presentation at the 11th Annual Elite Ped-GI Congress 2025 on April 24 to April 26, 2025 in Abu Dhabi, UAR. During the conference and in separate sessions with investors, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer will refer to an updated investor presentation, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
